CIP is a bunch of money grabbing cheaters! Stay away!

I rented with CIP Northridge apts for a year in Lincoln NE, paid a $350 security deposit. After I moved out, I was expecting a check back from my deposit. BUT NOO a few weeks later i rcvd a check for $18.00. They made up some bogus charges that never even took place. Hiring someone to clean the apt and paint! WTF? Why would you charge me for paint? Another thing I was charge for was replacement of blinds... There was only 1 slat missing. They use cheap building materials that break down as soon as you move in, then charge you and arm and a leg to "repair" them. I know it doesn't cost more that $50 to replace 1 blind. Oh and dont bother getting an apt with washer and dryer... It was a piece of crap that burned and shredded my clothes!
