What is going on?

I went to the store in Palatine, Illinois on Dundee Rd. One evening and what I heard was very concerning. The blond haired manager was screaming at another employee on the floor in front of everyone. That wasn't very professional. I feel sorry for all of the employees that have to work for/with this person because she was verbally abusive and very demeaning. That isn't how you get the job done, lady. I'm sure there's been cutbacks but to treat people with such vemon... It was truly ugly and I felt very very sorry for her. Target Corp. Why do you keep these people? I'm surprised that anyone works for this company. I won't be back.
