As another gentleman stated... READ THE DISCLOSURES.in the end I didn't apply because it's not exactly what I am looking for. But the disclosured say it all, if you think about it, if you have bad credit a fully secured card will cost you that annual maintenace of say $80 and the about of deposit you want to open the acct with. Just whatever you do with any company READ THE FINE PRINT and call them and ask questions if you are not sure.
