Ashley Olstad - Use extreme caution when dealing with Ashley. If you really want to know how others feel about a business / person just ask around. Ask around the Davis and Woodland, CA area and the horse community. Ashley is very well known and not in a good way.

In my opinion, Ashley takes advantage of novice / new horse owners who don't know they are being scammed. Ashley talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk. She is not as experienced and knowledgeable as she would like you to think she is.

She didn't breed her stallion (which she purchaed from a low end auction) because he was sterile... But that didnt' stop her from trying.

It seems that her faux rescue web sites that she used for begging for money are no longer working. Thank gawd.

If you still feel strongly about doing horse trading with Ashley, take her advice and get a vet check. Also have an experienced trainer evaluate the horse for you so you know for sure what the training the horse has rather than relying on Ashley to be honest.

I wish I had asked around about Ashley. Had I done that, I wouldn't of had to watch a good friend go through what she did.

Perhaps one day Ashley will resort to collecting Breyer horses. That'd be nice!
