Misleading Advertising

When ordering what I thought was a trial size of Brite Teeth Pro and Nature Cleanse no where on the website was the fact that I would be charged $80 if I did not cancel within 12 days of the ORDER DATE for this product. How you can count the time from ordering to actually receiving is beyond me and not sure how this is even acceptable business practice. The product was shipped and this information was in the packaging but I was on vacation and did not receive in time to open and cancel until I returned home. I canceled immediately the day I arrived home and received the package yet Pure Essentials, Inc refused to credit my account. I am again writing a letter to them to try again or I will be filing a claim with the NY and CT Better Business Bureau.
