Unfair and deceptive trade practices, forgery

Asked if we wanted to advertise in their Cleveland Police diary. Told them no, however recieved an invoice for 240 for 1/3 of an advertising page! Even though when their agent was trying to sell this he said "Oh and no little box advertising you get a full page with us". Contacted them, again they claim their agent dealt with this in the correct manner! So he has forged a signature onto a contract we did not sign and they are demanding 240.
