Back in June I contacted OSI for a quote on moving some boxes and a bed from Omaha to Germany. The staff (John Duerte) was very polite in helping me and giving me a quote. After finalizing the deal in the end of June, I was contacted by OSI stating that my original quote was not correct and that it had jumped from 1700.00 to almost 4,000.00.

At this point my things were already at the warehouse preparing to be boxed up, so what choice did I have? Plus I had already put down the 300.00 deposit. I needed to think about it, after talking with John I had to drop my 700.00 bed in order to afford the rest of my things to be shipped. This was to me an outrage seeing that I was quoted at 1700.00 for everything I listed give or take 1 or 2 boxes. How could a jump of almost 3300.00 happen? Getting ahold of the agent representing you is a pain as well, I was told numerous times that he (John) would call me back, never did. I had to always call him 4-5 times a day before getting to talk to him once where he would blow me off until I called back the next day.in the end I had to pay 2400.00 and drop my bed; as opposed to the original 1700.00.

It is now almost Sep and I have not received an email or phone call as to where my things are and when to expect them. I have emailed several staff and even called. No replies and no phone calls back. Nobody even picks up. I will and have already told everyone I know and keep telling them tas well as strangers on the net that OSI is a horrible company and to not use them.
