I applied to google adsense and google adword

I applied so that I can start working with google and I purchase the courses for 84.00 google riches. And part of that courses was to apply to google adsenes and google adword but I never got a e-mail form them telling me if I was approved or not it has been two and half month and I have been ignored. I can't contact them. They have no e -mail that I can complaint or ask what happen with my application and I did apply twice. So what to do? There are lots of complaints on their site but it looks like they do not care. Because they do not answer them. Help me please to contact google because they are getting paid for something that they are advertising on their courses and when you follow the instruction they do nothing.
