I tried for 2 days to use your 1-800 # to call to get parts missing in this smoker. NO ONE answered the line that had me on hold for several minutes. I am missing a 8-32by3/4 screw and nut, also a piece of wood for the lid handle. The holes pre drilled in the body are all off by 1/4-1/2" off.
