Spoiled food at the deli section

I have purchase a lovely Pesto Tortellini salad on Aug 24 from the store at 1066 3rd Ave (NYC) only to realize 1/2 hour later that the fresh contents were obviously mixed with the older ones that had distinct fermented taste. I only had one bite and had to throw the whole thing out. The nausea set 15 minutes later anyway. Unfortunately I was not in the neighborhood to go back and complain. Today I have to resort to tea and crackers since everything else causes more nausea.
