An elderly woman driving a motorized cart for people with disabilities accidentally caught my left arm and continued to drive pulling my left hand and tearing my rotator cuff. My left hand, thumb and wrist are swollen. I felt the pull in my shoulder. After having an MRI I found out that I need surgery to repair my shoulder.

Walmart has responded to my complaint and have indicated that have no liability although the carts are their property.
