An elderly woman driving a motorized cart for people with disabilities accidently caught my left arm and continuedto drive pulling my left hand and tearing my rotator cuff. My left hand, thumb and wrist are swollen. I felt the pullin my shoulder. After having an MRI I found out that Ineed surgery to repair my shoulder.

Wallmart has responded to my complaint and have indicatedthat have no liability although the carts are their property.
