My husband got a biscuit to go at the Benson, NC McDonald's on 1/8/09 that had a bite taken out of it! He had to return to the restaurant where he was told the biscuit was crumbled (there is a huge difference between a crumbled biscuit and one where it had been bitten off of) and was basically called a liar. This incident occured 8 days ago and today when he finally got a call from the local corp office the person he spoke with (I believe is a District Manager) was a jerk and never offered so much as an apology.
