Fridge delivery damage, then open water line caused a flood

I purchased a fridge from Home Depot. The sales guy was nice enough, and the price on the fridge was good. The delivery guys did not tape the doors shut, and the freezer door swung open onto the rocks in our front yard. My wife luckily saw it happen, and the guy was trying to wipe it off and looked at her with a sheepish grin. They paid 150 bucks for that scratch. Then they installed the fridge.

Later, when I turned on my sink water, we got a flood at the fridge. It turns out the old fridge had been hooked up to that line from the sink, which they left open and sitting on the floor. I called them, and they refuse either to hook up the fridge to that line or to come and fix it. I will not buy anything from Home Depot again.
