As a former employee, I was very surprised to see how they were actually training salesmen to get over on companies. They are taught to do whatever it takes (even give half price discount for thing that were never ordered) to get you to keep the products. I worked there for a VERY SHORT period of time, and left because it was 100% WRONG.

Lion Distibuting and Royal Chemicals are the same company. They have salesmen who change their names depending on the company their representing. Both companies are a complete ripoff. They bank on companies not communicating with other department and just forwarding invoices to account payable.

The best way get back at them is by contact the BBB right away and then inform them you did so. They know their crooks and wants no part of the BBB. But please note customer service is not their thing. Being rude is part of their training and their not afraid to use it.
