I applied for an on-line loan and this company took my ss# and bank account and charged me 49.95. When i called, they refused to tell me what service they provide

On july 8 i checked my bank account balance in the a. M wich is routine. I noticed a charge for 49.95. I had not made a purchase for that amount and called the phone # on the transaction (888-807-4709). When i called, the rep refused to tell me what comany they are or what service they provide and because i was angry, she hung up on me. I called back and told them to cancel whatever it is they are and i would be reporting it to my banks fraud dept. I reported it to my banks fraud division and after 39 days of charging me overdraft fees and negative balance fees, they said i gave "the" (they don't even know "what" company) my account info. I did not give any company authorization to charge my account 49.95. I still have to deal with the bank because now they are threatening to turn me over to the creditors if i don't pay within 5 days. I filed my report on july 9 and still have yet to find out what my 49.95 (now 600.00) paid for. The "web address" they provide is www.freedomcs.com. It's a stupid 1 page something that still doesn't support what if any services they provide. They took my personal info. Off my loan application. How do i find help?
