Ripped me off with disablity discharge lie and try to rip me off red oak, Iowa

I obtained a Sallie mae student loan and national student loan, during university i turned handicapped and needed to drop-out, being handicapped I will make an application for students loan release, I'd my physician fill out the online software and was released in the national loan. I also completed Sallie maeis online impairment type and shipped it in, then I acquired a notice from Sallie mae declaring they don't release figuratively speaking!!! Exactly why is there a full page about the Sallie mae website for impairment release because of getting handicapped??? Exactly what a couple of fools. I actually donot understand how to make sure they are follow there own guidelines, and was thinking if anybody had any suggestions. Something is the fact that Sallie mae can't take my earnings so perhaps I'll simply overlook it and never reply the telephone.
