Dr. Larry Daniel Shepherd says god has chosen him to write manuscripts to bring a new awareness to those seeking guidance. He is setting up a web site and writing several books (according to him)
He needs money which he promises to repay within a period of time and does not. He "borrowed" $230,000 from me and has not paid me back. It was my retirement money and I had to sell my homebcause of him. He blames the recession but I know better now.
He does make feeble attempts to pay little portions, to make it look like he is attempting to pay. After 3 years he has only paid $ 4,000.
He controls all the information he gives. He makes sure you have no way to substantiate any claims for his giftedness.
He never answers the phone himself, screening all his calls.
He moved from Collierville Tennessee in 2008. We do not have his address because he says his landlady does not allow mail. He has no name associated with his phone.
Victims are those wo seek to help others and are spiritual seekers.
Do not loan this man any money... No matter what.
