Wont pay for lab fees

Be carefull with this specific medical health insurance. I called the cust. Support # & went over my benifits. They stated I had been coated except a 20.00 copay. Ok / I visited the physician & indeed the vist was paid aside from the 20.00 copay I settled. The issue was the bloodwork they stated was coated wasnt & I got caught spending everything. I tried calling the cust support but & actually informed them the title of the individual I talked with having said that it had been lined. They didnt care one bit. They stated these were not likely to purchase the laboratory work. I makes me angry - I've insurace for what? I want my body examined every 3-month since I've diab type-2. - There repetitions aren't educated worth something & when they don't understand best of luck!
