Issac at Chesterfield Town Center store, out did himself with customer service. I drove 1 hr to purchase a stationary bike. When I opened the box it was badly damaged. I returned it, Issac was very understanding. He gave me nothing but smiles as he corrected the problem. I was given a additional 10% discount for my trouble. It was very refreshing to find a store that prides themselves in customer service.
