I have tried calling, but have had no results & waiting on the phone for 15,20, 28 mins at a time is rediculous. Tonight when I did get thru, it was so absurd — a customer came on telling me he was waiting for the shipment for his wife; then someone came on and made no sence at all. This is ridiculous. I better not be charged for anything.
