Unfair frozen account

I had been unfairly frozen off my seven-year consideration from neopets, I did so nothing wrong, I'm a 39-year old mother-of three and housebound, i liked playing neopets but I had been transferring house and somehow my consideration was utilized and used-to fraud additional users, i documented this to neopets even though awating their aid I had been freezing, their cause i cheated additional users, I've attempted since march 09 to obtain them to determine it wasnt me, somebody utilized my consideration and did the harm, they state (thats false, no body utilized my account but i utilized others,) I've evidence i wasnt using the PC about the times this occurred however they don't listen, whatever you get is automatic reactions, I had been a great straightforward participant on neopets, had an excellent consideration, didnt have neofriends or worried with anybody, and am truly frustrated it has occurred however the many annoying component isn't any-one may listen or react, its happeneing continuously with other customers also
