Jeff Martin Scam scam scam through and through followed by repeated harassing phone calls

So I get an email way back when inviting me to this gig. Stupidly, I filled out the info. This morning I get a call at work from a smooth talker, I return the call and he asks me who I am, what I do. I respond, "No, you tell me who you are and what you do." Pretty convincing, though in retrospect it was not a detailed enough nor professional enough description of their services. He asks me about what I do, professional memberships, long term career goals, why I'm doing this w / Who's Who, etc. Then, after "approving" me and giving me all sorts of congratulations, the sales pitch for lifetime membership begins. I get all sorts of perks, etc etc. I tell the guy that with the situation as it is, there is not room in the budget for this sort of expense, nor any other promotional "just for you" offers. The guy was relentless, no stop badgering, until I finally hung up. Then... One phone call after another after another after another... SEVEN times total! I just lifted the receiver and the guy had the nerve to leave a snotty, rude message! Mind you, what he's done legally constitutes harassment. Oh, and I'm a government employee so I'm sure the FCC and DHS would love to know about this. And ya know what? The FCC now does... I can't wait for the phoney baloney rebuttal "Jeff Martin" is going to post in response to this.

All I can say is delete the message ASAP and never respond to their solicitations.
