The company calls and sounds good, but buyer beware! The Company is suposed to send a contract and draft listing for your review prior to running any charges on your credit card - WRONG! I was charged $549 for a Cabo San Luca, Mexico time share and the contract and sample listing did not arrive for at leaast weeks after. Then they want to charge another $50 to cancel. The brochure states that they 'represent your property via their website' which has NO LISTINGS - ONLY A WAY FOR THEM TO CONTACT YOU IF YOU WISH TO SELL OR RENT YOUR TIMESHARE! Their web site is blank, with only a light beige background. Cherly below has been through this same ordeal. Try to call them - no answer. From time to time you may or may not get Voice Mail, but you will never get a pulse to talk to. I've filed a charge back with my credit card company and we are pending resolution. Luxury Resort Management is a ripoff!
