Ultranebs - secure net medical ltd beware - big scam

I purchased a breathing machine (inogen one oxygen consentrator) from Ultranebs/Secure Net Medical Ltd. When i purchased it i paid over $5000.00 from this company. I have COPD (lung decease). I was told if it had to be repaird it would be covered for three years. I purchased it on Dec. 20 which means it should be covered until Dec. 20.

I only have 214 hrs on the machine which is not that many. I called them to let them know i had warning lights coming on and it said low oxygen. They said they will not fix it, i would have to call the manafacture to have it repaird. I called the manafacture and they said Ultranebs is responsible to fix it. Ultranebs is a big scam and no one should do business with them. I reported them to the Attorney General in my state and i would recommened
anyone with problems with this company do the same
