Did not honor a request to end contract

I am writing to report a ripoff of a company in Utah that sold me a bill of goods stating that I was to get a new business online, a new website, products and professional training for a large fee. I received several calls with the hard sell stating that I would be guaranteed my money back plus and had been called many times until I finally submitted. That was my first mistake as it didn't take then 5 seconds to take my money and that was it. I was to start training immediately but that didn't happen until the recission period had expired, which I didn't see until it was too late. After my first "training" meeting I knew that what I had here was not professional training but a high schooler trying to talk about what he had done, how he got hired at this company, the money he is making, etc. After the first 1/2 hour session, I immediately contacted the company via email as I didn't have any address, phone numbers of customer services so I sent email stating that I wanted a refund. I even said i would be amendable to paying for the 1/2 hour session but wanted the remainder returned.

I am writing as that didn't happen. I have sent several emails, letters to the BBB, sent letters to my CC company stating the situation and I am still trying my best to get them to cooperate. Still nothing has happpened.
