Complete SCAM!

This company is a complete scam. I have worked there over a year and nothing. They say you can have benefits/health/dental/vision anytime you want. I have repeatedly asked and nothing. My inquiries go ignored. They say that after you work 6 months, you will be offered sick time, paid time off and holiday pay. I have been employed there twice as long and still nothing. They are a complete scam to make hard working people loss money. This is a staffing agency and I strong urge you not to go through them. They are a sham of a business that is only there to make hard working people make less money. I have filed a lawsuit and filed a complaint with the Iowa Workforce Department and with the BBB. I will let you know how it goes.
