Has anyone tried legal action against this company? I am ready to take legal matters and would like to know if anyone has made an attempt.

It is almost a year since I received a confirmation letter stating that a refund will be paid back to me. The exscuse I was getting each month was due to a check processing issue. Now they just say, they don't know why the money has not been refunded to me.
