HDReviewPanel, Llc did not honor their agreement to test and keep an hdtv

I received an offer to test and keep and hdtv from this site... This is the offer:

I completed the offers requried although had problems navigating back through their site after completing some levels. I re-entered and completed all required and notified their support team ad support@HdReviewPanel.com as prompted. I received no response i even emailed them copies from my cc statement showing I completed all offers, no response, I gave them one year to settle up and all I got was more emails to complete more offers and also to do a laptop user survey also... I am looking for others to see if they ever got their hdtv to "test and keep"???
