Save your Money, This company is a really bad joke!

For consumers considering prepaid legal. Save your money. I was initially introduced to the service after going through an ID theft. I was stupid enough to sign up for the ID THEFT guard and their legal services. The ID Theft guyard is incredibily slow.By the time you recieve a notice. Your accounts will be cleaned out by the time your contacted. The legal portion is just as bad. I used for a court case, big mistake. It took years and I basicly got screwed on a med mal case. The only thing they are good for is asking general legal questions. Which makes it hard to justify the costs of keeping them. Save your money. Also just to let consumers know. They're pulling the classic aol scam demanding a letter to cancel the account. Apparently my email wasn't good enough. Hummmm, sure looks like their going to try to milk my account as long as they can.
