SWE Homes & Scott Wizig Poor People Rip-Off

This company is the biggest rip-off of low income people. I thought i was buying my homes throught this company only to realize they are great scammers. At closing I was given the wrong paper to sign which had the wrong address on all my papers. This never happened. Plus I was told that they would pick the insurance for my home.

I was told that the papers would be corrected and resigned. I moved in the house the weekend of hurrican IKE and I had damage to my home as well. When I tred to make a claim on my insurance I was told that I had to find my own insurance company and that I dont have one on file.

I was giving an additional 2 months to make repairs on my home which make my first payment start Jan. Of 2009. I continued to call for my papers and find out why I never had insurance. I got no help here. So I started calling around trying to find out something. I was finally told that in the state of Texas you cant close without homeowner insurance. As of today the house is still n Scott Wizig's name.

And they say I owe them over $4,000 for missed rent and late fees from last year. After I was told I had 2 additional months to make my first payment, they're telling me now that they only gave it to galveston area homeowners. Plus the damage from the storm is getting worse. The ceiling in my kitchen has come down from the holes in my roof from the storm. It leaks when it rain and i dont know what other damages are up there.

I got tired of playing with this company so I went to their office to raise hell. They was hiding and running around like chickens with their head cut off. They didnt want to give me my papers and said they would send it to me cause their printer wasnt working. Come to find out they have changed the papers and back dated them to last year. I asked where the original papers was and they said they shredded the old papers and updated them. Thats doctoring papers. They cant do that. It's illegal.

Plus they havent paid my HOA fees since I had my house and now HOA and SWE Homes say they're foreclosing on my house. Then I get a Fedex package saying they're taken the fees off and i still owe over $4,000 dollars. I dont owe that much at all. I refused to lace SWE Homes pockets with my money when they're scamming me and many others.

I've put to much money into this house and I'm on SSI. I'm not going to be treated like this and if anyone out there wants to file a lawsuit against this company please call or email me asap. Contact
