I had been approached with a person who displayed herself like a Qwest Consultant-He mentioned that since I have was this type of great business-customer he would decrease my telephone bill costs. I repeatedly questioned him if he was from Qwest and he mentioned "Yes, he was which he was attempting to decrease my regular business telephone costs." After I received my telephone bill, I approached Qwest plus they explained that my long-distance have been transformed to a different provider which it'd elevated my bill by$80.23 per month. I approached Silv Communications at 1-888-481-8724, I had been used in a person support representative for Silva and after talking to Megan was informed to obtain online and document a written complaint. I'm really troubled that in these difficult financial situations there are businesses that motivate this kind of exercise to be able to conduct business.
