Money making program promises the tools to start your own business

This company promises to send you a CD and give you access to their website to enable you to earn money through affiliate programs.in the fine writing (Terms and conditions) they say you will be charged a monthly fee after your trial is over.

They fail to make this clear when you order the CD and I know I must be stupid because most terms and conditions are written in such legal language that it is difficult to understand. I even got a call from them several times trying to get me to join more trials and I told them I was not interested since it wasn't the type of program I was looking for.

I still got charged and they say they will not refund the money. I still have yet to receive the CD and have no way to access my "account" with them online since I didn't receive login information. Another total scam that was recently mentioned in the NY Times gazette, do not fall for it, at $47-87 a pop, they are making a good profit off of us.
