Did not pay as promised, TOTAL RIPOFF... Good product but no customer service and NEVER PAYS

Proxycomm.com did not pay me as promised. I was told that if I get 4 people in, my service would be free, and I would get residual income off everyone in my downline, based on my lesser leg... And that I would get paid weekly. I had 4 people in my lesser leg, and 3 on the other. I NEVER got a check, so I cancelled my credit cards and told my downline to do the same and to call their credit card companies to get their money back. The upline I remember was Trina Wilson and Kathy
TOTAL RIPOFF... Good product but no customer service... They tell you that your upline is your customer service... And they NEVER PAID.
