Ex-Attorney (Suspended) Richard Pope Stole over $24,000 from Childs Trust Account

Ethic Violations againt Mr. Pope:

He tried to have previous client arrested/held in jail. Richard Pope did this after it was discovered he illegally took over $22,000 of clients money. He appeared before King County Court Judge, falsified documents and stole the money. This money was set aside to be used for the child college fund.

Washington State Bar Association is investigating this matter and criminal charges are being sought.

Mr. Pope plays emotional games with clients. Even going as far as to Blackmailing people with intimidation and theats of use of his legal background to "Cause Trouble" for anyone who opposes him.

Richard Pope admitted how he reviews court documents filed at County Records and dis shovels and removes paperwork with vital information. He mocked at how most people were not efficient/experienced enough to locate missing paperwork... This is illegal!

mr. Pope also admitted how he harasses people by setting up mock email accounts and sending anonymous emails. He has issues stalking defenseless women.
