Charged my bank card and i dont even know who they are?

THIS COMAPANY HAS ACCESS TO accounts and they are not authorized. I have never used my card online but i have purchased a discount plan through a service rep at Careington in 1993 -1994 and cancelled the plan.

Why is it 2009 and i have a charge on my account and they claim not to have done anything. They claim it was me on the website i am a 65 yr woman and i have dentures need no more dental work, that's why i cancelled my plan in 1994.

I CALLED AND told Josh and he stated that im was not the only one with this $68.00 charge calling in. He also told me that i would get a call within 2 business days from the director Jeff Young. NO CALL NO CREDIT YET.
