I have ran into this same company before, Jackie or Jacqueline Dollison is the leader of this group and I am currently filing a police report against her. She claims she is a debt collector working for Marjel Properties, my husband has NEVER heard of this company she claims my husband rented a home from this lady and we have never rented anything, she claims she is a lawyer but I checked the Georgia Bar and did not find her name. Then she had this nut brain by the name of Delores call me claiming she was a para-legal but used slang words as if she was still in high school. I asked both of them to send me verification of the debt which they NEVER did!

Jackie tells my husband she will begin the garnishment process on him and in fear he sends a payment to her. I was angry at him for doing this, and after I investigated I NEVER found a company called Marjel Properties. I did a little bit more looking and I noticed that 21st century recovery bureau llc was listed to a Anthony Reed, after several times trying to contact him I was unsuccessful. We never heard from these people again and we have been searching for them, if anyone has any information please post it on this site so that we may get justice on these scammers.
