Big time rip off-rigged gaming

The only reason I signed up with BigTimeBingo was because it was advertised on one of the national television stations. I believed that they would have to be an above board company simply for the fact anything advertised on television have to abide by certain FCC regulations. I have been on that site for a few months and I have tried everything to win... I have won a few games... But when you are seeing the SAME people winning over and over everyday... Gets a little aggravating. I sent in a comment to them about it and asked if there was possibly a glitch in their system that people might have figured out... Or possibly not have the proper firewalls up. I was ignored... Other than they said the games were set up to be fair for everyone. At the same time, shortly after I joined the website... I had a fraudulent purchase on my credit card... Been charged for games that I didnt get to play... Beware of this website... Either they ARE a bunch of frauds or they do not have the proper firewalls up to protect you. I have made a complaint to the assiciated television station and we will see what happens from there!
