Cellflirt - Cellfish Media
Misleading to consumers

Miscellaneous

I did a IQ test online, and got a text back to get the results. I got my pin number and never got the score online. I didn't know I was signing up for some cellflirt service, as there was no terms or agreements that I clicked on to. I didn't think anything of it untill I got a text back a few weeks ago saying that my service was going to be renewed. I checked into it with US Cellular and I have been charged 9.99 for 4 months on my cell bill. I got credited back 2 months but had to dispute the other 2 with the company. Which got me no were. You have to send an email NO responds. And when you call the number in New York, you have to leave a message and they will call you back... NO call back. The voice on the answering service is from someone that isn't a person that speaks english very well... I have to eat the 20.00 dollars that I got charged by this company. But I am going to try to file a complaint with the BBB... And the attorney general. I am also going to call the Local news station and let them know about this. So other people can be aware of this... This company is a RIPOFF and I wouldn't even buy ringtones or anything from them...
