Cash Net claims I am going to jail and my references too! Realisticall New York, But They Cliam Office Is In LA And Richmond, Virginia

As I was leaving the office this morning, I received a call from a man with a middle eastern dialect. Before even saying hi, he asked for my attorney and stated that I have an outstanding loan. I asked him from who and the original loan amount, He said he did not know who what the originator of the loan just that it was from Cash Net (A company I never heard of) and he could not give me the original loan amount just what I owed him. He then proceeded to have me talk to his "Senior Attorney" which was another gentlemen with a middle eastern accent who was very rude and offensive. He said I was going to jail tommorow and my references and former boss would be brought in for questioning, He also stated my life would be ruined. He said I may have one chance to pay him back if he saw a "occr" in my file (which i guess is the ability to pay out of court". He wanted me to fax in my debit or credit card information and notarize it. I began to ask him for his physical address - he gave me the run around and said he was working from a branch in Richmond Va which main office was in LA, CA. I also asked for his direct number in case I had any problems when I arrived at the bank. He became real frustrated and would not give me a number to call him back and told me to pay or else then hung up. I then callled information and asked for the two names of the law firm he gave me "Riverside Law Group and Excel Law Group" and none of these came up nor did the physical address he gave me. Also once I mentioned FBI and IRS they became very rude. I advise anyone who receives this call to ask as many questions as possible to validate these crooks and also tell them you will call them right back. This will give you time to cross reference these people and also check with local websites like these. Good Luck everyone - It is very sad that this day and age and the economy we are in that these crooks would take advantage of the financially challenged.
