I bought a 2006 VW Passat (brand new, only 28 miiles) and it has been in the shop for various problems 6 times.in 2.5 years. I have contacted VW numerous times and have recieved no help. Finally, I made it to a Case Manager and all he offered was 1 month payment - 1 month payment for 6 trips to the shop. Never buy a VW - if you do and have problems, they will not be supportive!!!
