Beware of Allen Christopher CEO of NACOIL INTERNATIONAL, they report as being in the oil business. What they are is just another JV Partner with no money. None. They order product then disclose to you that the person paying for the product is in fact a JV Partner whom you have never heard of. Surprise! Now that is not uncommon as long as all agreements are in place and one of the partners can pay for their product. But in case of NACOIL INTERNATIONAL every JV Partner Mr. Allen Christopher brings has less money than he does. He is not an unpleasant man from South Africa or maybe Nigeria but he will waste a lot of your time. These types of buyers have to be exposed for what they are. He defaulted on three contracts, the reason being the inability to pay. So why order oil contracts when you do not have the money to pay for it. I am sure they believe these JV partners who also lie to them say they can pay for the order. Do a background check. Also check with their bank and have them put the confirmation on bank letter head and signed by a bank officer. These so called borrowers or should we say time wasters are playing a dangerous game and cost real sellers a lot of time and money. We have turned the case over to our attorney as well as the Federal authorities and the local state authorities in Texas. The oil business needs to change and until we remove the time wasters and the fake buyers we sellers have to take charge and report these types of individuals in the hope that some will read and beware.
