VES, Virginia Employment Services, They are scammers

I saw an advertisement on Career Connection for a warehouse position at VES. I called and she told me to come in for an interview. I went for an interview and she told me that I can work at all sorts of jobs, if I didn't like one job I can switch to another one, etc. Then she handed me a contract stating that I have to pay a recruiters fee of $365.00. She told me that she was going to call my bank to see if we could get a bank loan. She took my bank card and walked to the back and came back and said that my bank wouldn't give us a loan because we were in the negative or something. She said "You don't have to pay it all at once, let me talk to my boss and see if she would let you pay a portion." She walked to the back and said that her boss said we can pay 85.00 now. What she did was went and made a copy of my bank card. After that she told me to call her the next day and she would have a job for me. I called her the next day and she told me to go to Family Thrift Store because they were looking for a driver. Why would she sent me to do a driving job knowing I didn't have any license. I went there and they told me that they didn't have any positions open. I called back to VES and she sent me to BAE the shipyard. I went to BAE and they said they were not doing any hiring. Something told me to cancel my card out so I did. I called her back again and she told me she cant get me a job because my card was cancelled, so I knew right then and there that the were scammers. Something needs to be done about this company because they are ripping alot of people off. Times are too hard to just be giving up money with no results.
