They took the money, they came the first day for installation with less than what they promised, I send them back, they came another day again with less than what they told me and we agreed upon with "Alan C.", I send them back again to bring the right stuff AND the contract WITH the "bonus" of 100 dollars since it was my "lucky day"!

I contacted "Alan C." four times to find out what's going on, he never returned my phone-calls. They called back about 15-20 days later to ask me "what am I going to do with my account"? I replied to them..."what account are you talking about"? You deliverd nothing, I am having no account with you people!

Sure enough, my girl-friend's credit card was charged for 59,95 dollars, for doing or delivering absolutely nothing!

I contacted directly "DISH Network" for which "Infinity DISH" are sub-contracting, "Someone will call you tomorrow" they told me! It took three days and that was one more time good old InfinityDISH.

They offered no apologies or crediting my girlfriend's credit card, Noooooooooooo, HOWEVER if I was going to activate the account, everything was going to be O.K. When I asked them which account they were talking about, they replied, "the one that we took from 59,95 dollars, the one that we are NOT going to return any money at all to it"!

Here I am, writing to the credit-card company, reporting it to the "Ripoff REPORT" and printing all the other cases in order to present them to the State Attorney of California for farther investigation.

Oh well, let's see what is going to happen to those cheaters from "InfinityDISH". By the way, I am sending this report to their own e-address as well as to the "Mother" company "DISH Network".
