Try to withdrawal, never got any respond. Live chat on their site have no informations regarding their company

I try to withdrawal my winning of $600 after I get into one of their other player's account (they lead me to it). I started to question the security of this online casino. Also, when I make my first deposit to this casino, someone charged with my credit/debit card on the same day on the internet, my bank is still invesgating on it. All the above reasons makes me scare and question this casino.

When I requested my $600, I still have balance of over $200 on their site because I am scare they shut me down and not give my money back. I have sent them an email regarding the procedure of withdrawal my money more than 10 days ago, but no one have respond my email. The only thing I can do is used their live chat to ask my questions, but the operator have no informations regarding their casino at all (it seen more strange). The operator keep told me to wait for the managment to contact me (if it ever happen).

The casino have not contact me, they even shut down my account, I don't know what to do and what's going on now. I just want the money back.
