Unpaid Bills & illegal use of Copyright Media

I am the owner of a adult clothing company based in the UK. We are called Invincible Rubber. For many years we had a healthy business relationship with Eros Boutique.

This changed in July last year when the company failed to pay invoices for goods that were sent to them.

During the business relationship it was agreed that Copyrighted images belonging to Invincible could be used on the Eros Boutique website in order to promote sales. Once the relationship had broken down, we revoked the permission and asked that all of our images be removed from the website.

Dispite numerous emails, letters and phone calls, the images remain on the website and the bills unpaid. Furthermore, more images have been taken from our website and used on the erosboutique website.

Invincible had received numerous complaints regarding Eros Boutique, stating that they had purchased an item, their credit card debited and then silence.
My advice would not to buy anything from this company. I would recommend that you order direct from the supplier. You will get your order and certainly receive the customer service that you would expect.

Personally I would not trust the owner of this business and she appears to be a fraud and totally dishonest. If have fallen prey to this company, then you are entitled to a refund from your credit card company and I would advise that you contact them as soon as possible.
