Deceptive marketing without honest disclosure of monthly charge. Highly unethical and fraudulant

I accessed Restaurants.com to receive discounts to area restaurants in the Fall of 2008. I paid for the discounts with my credit card. I had no intention of also signing up for the monthly charges that were to accrue over the next several months for an unrelated service I did not desire. The dishonest company did not clearly spell out the terms of the financial arrangement but rather relied upon subterfuge and confusion to finalize my obligation. It was entirely against my wishes.

This company should be punished for their underhanded business practice.
