I was in the brand new Fort Worth store at I-35 and Heritage trace.
The manager there named Brandy was very rude and didn't know anything. Also, she allows her employees to sit right outside the front door in front of passing customers. GROSS!
I was there Nov. 28/Black Friday. There was four people working that morning all on cash registers. There was no employee on the floor to help anyone. Lines were so long, I left my basket like many others.
Terrible store manager.
