Hexter-fair Title - Compensation Lottery Draw
They sent my letter

I was sent a letter saying I won $150,000 in the third category of Compensation Lottery draw for Charity and Cancer Donors held on January 19th. It says to contact the agent before acting on this letter. I was supposed to pay $2900 for non resident taxes. The rest of the money would come FedEx or UPS. I did call the number to see the response I received. When I did they told me they would call me back & I have never heard from them again since so that tells you that something is wrong there.
