Mixed up mail

I've existed in my own residence for just two decades AND NOT before had issues with email. I'm repeatedly obtaining additional neighbors email and that I suppose they're receiving mine when I have now been overdue on some funds since I've NEVER receieved the statement till I get a telephone call or perhaps a late-notice. I had been delivered a study lately on my support and that I mentioned such within the reaction but clearly no body says them!!! This really is undesirable! Our credit is perfect and Ijust received a phone in regards to a cost I'd not created but never received the statement. I'd like my email provider reomved or encouraged instantly. I'd also just like a telephone call just-so I understand somebody has read this and what's likely to be achieved about this. 24 months of the is long enough, this person (my email companies) isn't qualified of course if this is actually the standard of the USPS, it's fairly unhappy!!!
