Charged my bank card without my approval!

A-1 Memberprogram also with the name Searchchest withdrew money from my bank account in the amount of $72.21 twice plus added fees of $60.00 from bank charges. As of now, July 12th, I owe my bank over $300.00 before I can open my account again. All tranactions took place without my approval or signing up for any of their programs.
